No Refund Policy

Please read our No Refund Policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions of your payment.
1. General Policy
All payments for our services are final. We do not offer refunds once the service has been completed.
2. Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this timeframe may be eligible for a rescheduling fee waiver.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment time may incur a rescheduling fee.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Medical Contraindication: If, on the day of your vaccination appointment, our healthcare provider determines that you should not receive the vaccine due to a medical contraindication, you may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling without penalty.
- Clinic Error: If an error on our part (e.g., incorrect vaccine administration) prevents you from receiving the vaccine, we will offer a rescheduling or refund.

- Pre-Existing Contraindications: If you have a documented pre-existing contraindication to the vaccine, and this is communicated prior to your service, you may be eligible for a refund or alternative service.
4. No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notification will be considered a no-show. No refunds will be issued for no-show appointments. You may reschedule a missed appointment, subject to availability and rescheduling fees.
